Our Hard White Winter Wheat comes from specially selected varieties of winter wheat known for its storage and baking qualities. Low in moisture, high in protein and we guarantee our Hard White Wheat to be below 10% in moisture and higher than 12% protein. Ideal for long-term storage, the special triple cleaning process produces the highest quality Hard White Wheat available to consumers for long-term storage.
Our Hard White Wheat Berries are sealed in an airtight #10 can with an oxygen absorber for optimal storage life and freshness. Hard White Wheat will store in the sealed can indefinitely under ideal storage conditions.

METHOD OF CANNING
Each can is packaged with an Oxygen Absorber that adds life and longevity to our products. This significantly extends shelf life and freshness. Our
Oxygen Absorbers completely eliminate residual oxygen in our canned products, keeping them fresh and preventing discoloration. These Oxygen Absorbers are used
widely in the Food Service Industry to preserve foods like beef jerky,
nuts, grains, flour, and just about any dried foods.

All cans, cases and units are shipped FREE! Most orders ship same day if ordered by 2 pm (EST). Many other companies average 2 weeks before they ship. Usually this is because they are the middleman and do not stock the products.
