Our Dehydrated Sweet Corn is produced when moisture is removed in a
special drying process. The end product weight is reduced by over 90%,
while the volume stays the same. This remarkable process concentrates
the fresh onion taste, natural color, and texture of fresh onion in it's
dehydrated state. When re-hydrated with water dehydrated onion will
maintain the texture and shape of fresh onion, with no shrinking or
shriveling.
Dehydrated products are less expensive than wet pack food because you
are not paying for all the water. The taste is great, and the
nutritional food value is excellent. Freeze drying provides natural and
additive free fruits and vegetables to be stored effectively for long
periods of time. Remember our Dehydrated fruits & vegetables are
stable products with a long shelf life without additives or
preservatives.

METHOD OF CANNING
Each can is packaged with an Oxygen Absorber that adds life and longevity to our products. This significantly extends shelf life and freshness. Our
Oxygen Absorbers completely eliminate residual oxygen in our canned products, keeping them fresh and preventing discoloration. These Oxygen Absorbers are used
widely in the Food Service Industry to preserve foods like beef jerky,
nuts, grains, flour, and just about any dried foods.

All cans, cases and units are shipped FREE! Most orders ship same day if ordered by 2 pm (EST). Many other companies average 2 weeks before they ship. Usually this is because they are the middleman and do not stock the products.
